Bilaspur: The mastermind thief who did motorcycle theft was caught by the Bilaspur police. On conducting the interrogation the thief confessed to the police about the buyers of the stolen motorcycles thereby the police arrested 5 buyers with 3 charges. The police recovered 11 motorcycles worth Rs.850000/-. The accused person used to steal motorcycles from the congested areas of the city.
