Bilaspur: Mr.Dipanshu Kabra IPS IGP Bilaspur said that this female is from Neertu village Koni who is deaf and dumb. The male is from Shahdol who also resides in the same village for the last 1 year. Our team lead by Police Station House Officer Ms. Sheetal Sidar was on patrol when she spotted them. Our patrolling staff have cooked food and have given them to eat.
