Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Traffic Police conducted a Drivers Refreshment Training Course in CTP sector- 23, Chandigarh. Candidates were educated about safety helmets, use of seat belts, use of the cycle track, the importance of lane driving, and no honking through this campaign.
