Chandigarh: Today the Chandigarh Traffic Police conducted a Drivers Refresher Training Course in CTP Sector 23, Chandigarh. Candidates were educated about safety helmets, use of seat belts, use of the cycle track, the importance of lane driving, and no honking through this campaign.
