Chandigarh: On 16.6.2021 Chandigarh Traffic Police conducted a Road Safety Awareness drive at Sector 20/21/33/34 Chowk and Sector 20/30/32/33 Chowk, Chandigarh. The citizens were educated about safety helmets, use of seat belts, use of cycle track, the importance of lane driving, no honking, and the drivers of the motorized and non-motorized vehicle were also educated not to stop or park at the Yellow Box marking area near the entry of slip road to give free passage for the vehicles turning left and not to block the extreme left lane and give space to the vehicle taking slip road for going left through this campaign.
