Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka: In view of the upcoming Datta Jayanti-2025 celebrations, the District Collector and Superintendent of Police, Chikkamagaluru, convened a joint meeting with Muslim community leaders at the Chikkamagaluru District Police Office today.
During the meeting, officials reviewed festival-related security arrangements and emphasised the importance of maintaining harmony, mutual respect, and cooperation among all communities. The District Collector and SP provided clear guidance and instructions to ensure a peaceful, safe, and well-coordinated celebration, underscoring the need for collective responsibility and timely communication.
Community representatives expressed their full support and assured complete cooperation with the administration and the police department.
