East Godavari: The Constitution Day was observed by police personnel in East Godavari District Police Station, Kakinada. The SP Mr.Adnam Nayeem Asmi IPS read out the preamble of the Indian Constitution. An oath was administered to the staff in tune with the spirit of the Constitution of India.
