Rachakonda : Rachakonda CP Mr. D.S. Chauhan IPS., called for the review meeting of Malkajgiri Zone Officers to understand the strengths and other law and order issues and discussed about the same at Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, Neredmet. During the interaction with DCP Malkajgiri, ACSP and Circle Inspectors in the review meeting, CP instructed the officers to adhere to the responsibilities and implement the required security measures to keep the crime rate under control and society peaceful and focus more on Drugs related cases.
CP cited the significance of community CCTV cameras which act as deterrence to accused in committing offences and also discussed about the upcoming Police Stations in the Malkajgiri Zone. CP stated that youth need to be involved in all the Cultural and Social Activities in the society and stay away from involving in anti-social activities. CP directed the officers to conduct awareness campaigns to help the public to get enlightened about increasing Cyber Crimes and also instructed the officers to utilize social media platforms for bringing awareness about Cyber Crimes among the citizens. CP also interacted with the media personnel and assured amicable relationship with the print and electronic media as well, on Thursday at Neredmet.
