Rachakonda : CP Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS Inaugurated the Dense forest plantation Rachakonda: On (26.11.2022) Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS Inaugurated the Dense forest plantation at Medipally Commissionerate land. The Dense forest initiative was done with 3000 Saplings in 0.5 Acre land using 60 Species of plants. This program was successfully implemented with the Sponsorship/CSR of CGI Company, which is one of the largest independent IT and Business Consulting Services firms. The Implementation partner supporting this Environment program is Rotary club. Supporting the Environment program is Rotary’s 7th Area of focus and they have been working on Lake Restoration and Beautification, Dense forest Station projects and Tree plantations.
CP Rachakonda has appreciated CSR initiative of CGI. Last year 40000 plus Miyawaki plantation was done in Medipally police commissionerate land under Telangana Haritha Haram programme of Telangana Government and Green India challenge Initiative of MPJ Santosh kumar. Wherein all plants survived and many have grown up with 12 feet height, In today’s programme Police Officers DCP Malkajgiri Ms. Rakshita K Murthy, Addi, DCP (Admin) Ms. C. Narmada, Add. DCP CAR, Shameer, Addl. DCP CSW, Mr. Laxminarayana, ACP Malkajgiri Mr. Naresh Reddy & SHO Medipally Mr. Goverdhan attended the program CGI Director CSR Nirbhay Lumde, CGI CSA Senior Professional Ms. Kavitha Natarajan, Chairman Afforestation and Charter President Rotarian Himanshu Gupta, Secretary Jubliee Hills Club flotarian Meera Jagadish are the dignitaries that have attended the program, Several Employees of CGI along with their family members attended the program apart from Rotary Club members.
