Siliguri: Siliguri Police Commissioner Mr. Gaurav Sharma IPS inaugurated two new projects at a function at Siliguri police station. One project is named Vigilance and the other is Navjeevan. Under the surveillance project, around 100 CCTV cameras were inaugurated in the Nayabazar area of Siliguri. On the other hand, arrangements are being made for the rehabilitation of drug addicts through Navjeevan. DCP Mr. Joy Tudu, ADCP Traffic Ms. Purnima Sherpa, ACP DD Mr. Rajen Chhetri and others were present at the function of the day.
