<![CDATA[New Delhi: Smt Archana Ramasundaram IPS, the first ever woman Chief of any Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) took the salute of farewell parade in an impressive and grand ceremony held on 29th September, 2017 at SSB Campus, Ghitorni, New Delhi. After attending her farewell parade in Delhi, Archana Ramasundaram said dealing with cross-border trafficking crimes, especially involving children, was certainly a challenge. Setting a benchmark for women across India, first woman Director General of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Archana Ramasundaram attended her farewell parade in Delhi today and spoke about the initiatives during her tenure. "I am aware I have broken a glass ceiling for women in the force. I was initially apprehensive about the challenges and expectations but the tenure has been satisfactory.
