<![CDATA[A constable belonging to the Central Reserve Police Force was killed as the speeding truck hit him in Rohini District’s Alipur, the police said on Tuesday. The accused has been arrested, they said. Mr.Rajneesh Gupta DCP (Rohini) said Mr. Dileep Kumar (37) the CRPF constable belonged to Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur. The accused Paramjeet Singh is a resident of Punjab’s Hoshiarpur. The constable was posted in Vikaspuri and was on his way to work on his motorcycle when the incident happened. Mr. Gupta said that he was going from the service lane to the main road when he came under the truck adding that the truck dragged him for a few meters. A motorcycle rider who was coming behind the truck stopped the offending vehicle and called the police. He then pulled the victim out with the help of locals. A case has been registered.]]>
