Hyderabad, Telangana: In view of the upcoming Ganesh Festival, the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate convened a high-level inter-departmental coordination meeting to ensure smooth conduct of festivities and maintain public safety.
The meeting was chaired by senior officials, including Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Dr. Gajarao Bhupal, IPS, along with Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCsP), Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACsP), and representatives from key civic and government departments such as GHMC, Roads & Buildings (R&B), HMWS&SB, Fire Department, Revenue, Transport, and RTA.
Discussions focused on traffic management, crowd control, immersion route planning, law & order arrangements, and public convenience measures. Departments were urged to coordinate closely for uninterrupted power supply, proper lighting, water supply, sanitation, and emergency response services during the festival period.
The Cyberabad Police assured citizens of elaborate security and logistical arrangements and appealed for public cooperation to ensure a safe and peaceful Ganesh Festival.
