Davangere, Karnataka: The construction of a new digital check post on the left side of Shamanur Road, connecting BIET College to the National Highway in Davangere city, commenced today under the leadership of Superintendent of Police Smt. Uma Prashant, IPS.
The initiative is being implemented by the Davangere District Police Department in collaboration with Credit Access India Foundation, Bengaluru — a subsidiary of Credit Access Grameen Limited. The project aims to enhance road safety, streamline vehicle monitoring, and support smarter traffic enforcement in the city.
