Dehradun: A bike rider and a car collided near EC Road, Mohini Road, in which the bike rider got hurt between the toes. After the accident, the injured were taken to the hospital by City Police Unit(CPU) personnel Mr. Anit and Mr. Vikas Kumar, who was handling the traffic system nearby.
