Delhi: Ms. Monika Bhardwaj, IPS DCP Crime Delhi, a 2009-batch IPS officer said an 11-year-old child, new to the city, lost her way home and took refuge in a temple overnight. The Team of AHTU/Crime traced her through CCTV and by conducting a physical search and handed the girl child over to the mother safely.
