Delhi: When the police team maintained an intensive check near the Old Delhi Railway Station, at about 6.15 pm, police have observed the red color scooter from the Chhatta Railside. They noticed the police and tried to flee, and then the police chased and caught them.
Police searched them and seized a loaded country-made pistol and a live cartridge from them.
The accused have been identified as Arjun Prince aka Lalli (25) and Bharat (22). The Scooty they were traveling in was also recently stolen in Sadar Bazaar.
During interrogation, it was revealed that the two accused were living in a rented room in Kashmir Bagh, Shastri Nagar away from their family to escape from the police.
Police raided rented rooms in Kashmir Bagh and Shastri Nagar and seized two state-of-the-art motorcycles and 10 expensive mobile phones.
