Swati Maliwal has reacted by saying that it is baseless and that she had never revealed the name of the victim. ‘’I am a responsible person and I know my duties and I am living up to the entire reputation of the DCW,” she told ANI. An FIR was filed against Malliwal for allegedly revealing the identity of the rape victim.
