Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal: In a moment of pride for the Madhya Pradesh Police Department, Director General of Police (DGP) Shri Kailash Makwana felicitated the children of police personnel who successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024, securing impressive All India Ranks. The felicitation ceremony took place on Tuesday in the presence of senior officers, proud family members, and aspiring students.

Ashutosh Mishra (AIR 198) – Son of Head Constable Shri Umashankar Mishra, Chhatarpur District
Ashish Raghuwanshi (AIR 202) – Son of Sub-Inspector Shri Naresh Raghuwanshi, Gwalior
Shivani Tiwari (AIR 294) – Daughter of Constable Shri Satish Tiwari, Jabalpur
Tanish Singh Rajput (AIR 611) – Son of Head Constable Shri Jagdish Singh Rajput, Narmadapuram
Siddharth Kaushal (AIR 749) – Son of ASI Shri Rajesh Kaushal, Tikamgarh
The event was graced by senior police officials including Additional Director General of Police Shri Anil Kumar, PSO to DGP Shri Vineet Kapoor, SO to DGP Shri Malay Jain, and Assistant Inspector General Smt. Anshuman Singh. Also present online were students and mentors from the Disha Learning Center, which played a supportive role in the aspirants’ journey.
In his address, DGP Makwana praised the determination, sincerity, and discipline shown by the successful candidates and acknowledged the significant role of their families—especially their police personnel parents—who balanced national duty with family responsibilities under challenging conditions. He lauded the achievements of daughters like Shivani Tiwari, highlighting the power of perseverance in overcoming resource constraints.
He urged the selected candidates to uphold the values of integrity, dedication, humility, and accountability as they prepare to serve the nation. “Every responsibility you undertake must be carried out with honesty and seriousness. Let no distraction divert you from your duty,” he advised.
