Ernakulam Rural, Kerala: In preparation for the Makamthozhil Utsava at the Chottanikkara Devi Temple, Range DIG Dr. Arul RB Krishna inaugurated a dedicated police control room to ensure smooth management and security during the festival.
Following the inauguration, he conducted a thorough review of the security arrangements; ensuring comprehensive measures were in place to maintain public safety.
The event was attended by District Police Chief K.S. Sudarshan, Deputy Superintendent of Police P.R. Jose, Officers Umesh Kumar, Nishad Mon, Bijoy Chandran, as well as representatives of the Devaswom Board.
Police officials highlighted that the control room would serve as a central hub for coordination and monitoring, reinforcing their commitment to the safety and smooth conduct of the festival for all devotees.
