Andhra Pradesh, Srikakulam: District Superintendent of Police (SP) Mr. KV Maheshwara Reddy emphasized the importance of discipline and quality service in police duties, urging all staff to fulfill their responsibilities with dedication. The District SP attended the police parade at the Armed Reserve Police Grounds in Echerla on Friday morning. At the event, the armed personnel first paid their respects to the District SP before beginning the parade. During the parade, the SP observed the proceedings and provided feedback to the team.
In his address, the District SP encouraged staff to approach their work with commitment, make time daily for exercise, and maintain both mental and physical well-being to enhance their service to the public. He highlighted the importance of staying healthy, avoiding harmful habits, and maintaining a balanced diet.
Special Grievance Session for Staff: The District SP conducted a special grievance hearing for police personnel at the Armed Reserve Police Grounds, where several officers raised personal and job-related concerns. The SP assured them that these issues would be prioritized and addressed promptly. The event was attended by DSPL Seshadri, RIK Narshingarao, and several officers, including Sub Inspectors from the AR and civil staff divisions.
