Hyderabad: On 27-09-2024, based on credible information, the Special Zonal Crime Team, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, along with a Drug Inspector, apprehended Syed Affan, s/o Syed Arif, Age: 22 years, Occupation: AC Technician, residing in Hyderabad. The Police recovered 150 vials of Mefhentermine Sulphate Injection from his possession
After the investigation, the accused, along with the 150 vials, was handed over to the Drug Inspector of Mehdipatnam Zone, Hyderabad, Drugs Control Administration for further action. Consumption of this drug can lead to side effects such as systemic hypertension (high blood pressure) and anxiety. It is commonly misused by individuals who engage in physical workouts at gyms to promote instant muscle growth, which can result in serious health complications. Additionally, its use may lead to intoxication, increasing the risk of criminal behavior.
This drug is not recommended for use without a proper medical prescription due to its harmful side effects.
