Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh: On 14.1.2025, Deputy Superintendent of Police Dharchula, Mr. Sanjay Pandey, conducted a surprise inspection of Police Station Dharchula, Police Station Jauljibi, and Police Station Baluwakot. Present during the inspection were Inspector in charge of Police Station Dharchula, Mr. Vijendra Shah, Inspector in charge of Police Station Jauljibi, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Police Station in charge of Baluwakot, Mr. Harish Singh, SOG Dharchula, Mr. Manoj Kumar, and all officers and staff assigned to the stations. The Deputy Superintendent inspected the police stations’ storerooms, offices, arms and ammunition, disaster equipment, records, and the CCTNS room, while also gathering information on the area’s history sheeters. A seminar was organized for all officers and staff regarding the upcoming municipal elections, during which instructions were given for ensuring their successful conduct. Additionally, the Deputy Superintendent directed all in-charges to take preventive measures against active criminals in the area and emphasized the importance of continuous patrolling during the election period.
