Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati: On 11.11.2024, the Tirupati District Police held an awareness program at Padmavati Mahila University, focusing on urgent issues such as crimes targeting women and girls, anti-drug efforts (with particular emphasis on ganja), and cybercrime risks. Over 60,000 students, ranging from 8th grade to college level across Tirupati district, attended the event through Zoom. The Andhra Pradesh Director General of Police addressed the students online, highlighting the vital importance of safety, vigilance, and proactive awareness in creating a safer community.
