Shillong: A Farewell Programme was organized today in the Honor of Mr. S. S. Kynjing, IPS, IGP (HQ/A/Comm/F&ES) at the Conference Hall, Police headquarters. We extend our best wishes to Mr. Kynjing and we’ll always cherish the legacy of hard work and commitment he leaves behind.
