Chhattisgarh: In a significant achievement under the government’s Naxal eradication campaign, a female Naxalite carrying a bounty of ₹8 lakh voluntarily surrendered before the police.
Officials said the surrender was motivated by the rehabilitation schemes launched by the government and the effective counter-Naxal operations carried out by the police.
The move reflects the growing confidence of extremists in government initiatives and highlights the success of continuous efforts to restore peace and normalcy in affected regions.
