Uttarakhand: The Uttarakhand Police arrested the mastermind of the Nigerian gang who defrauded people of over Rs.27 lakh posing as an RBI officer from Noida. The police recovered 35 ATM cards, 12 phones, cars, etc. from the possession of the accused.
