KOCHI: The First Information Report (FIR) filed by the Malayalam actress who was molested says that gang molested the woman and recorded the incident at the behest of an unknown third party. The sexual assault lasted for two-and-half hours and ended with the actor being thrown out of her car near Padamugal in Kakkanad, the FIR says. The actress left the site of her shoot at Patturaikkal near Thrissur around 7 pm in an SUV provided by Lal Creations and she was headed to her friend’s house in Kochi’s Panampilly Nagar. While traveling the driver Martin had reportedly sent several SMSs to a person. Martin, the gang followed the actor in a catering van and hit her car deliberately around 8.30 pm near the Nedumbassery Airport Junction, according to the information given by Martin. When the car stopped, the second and the third accused persons barged into the car and forcefully covered her mouth with their palms and they threatened the actress not to shout and the accused grabbed the mobile from her, says the FIR. The third accused (not named in the FIR) got down from the car at Kalamassery while travelling. The fourth accused – clad in a black T-shirt – then entered the car and helped the others overpower her before stepping down at Palarivattom. Meanwhile the fifth and sixth accused persons joined the kidnap team. They diverted their route and entered a house with a grilled gate. From there the prime accused Pulsar Suni, real name is Sunil Kumar, came covering his face with towel and got in to the driver’s seat. Martin who until then had driven the car left the gang and moved into the catering van. Pulsar Suni then drove the car to Kakkanad where he molested her, the FIR says. Piulsar Suni was told to shoot the actress in compromising pictures and videos at the behest of a third party.
