Bengaluru: Girinagar police have arrested 3 members of the same family from Maharashtra who were involved in drug sales business.
Officials said that 96 kg of ganja worth Rs 50 lakh was seized from the arrested. Akash, Amul, Rahul, Saeed Sadiq have been arrested. Information is available that all the arrested except Sadiq are members of the same family and joined this business after joining Sadiq.
When the Girinagar police went to arrest them, they were into big shock. The family members of the arrested had also complained to the Maharashtra police that some miscreants were trying to abduct them.
After receiving the complaint, the Maharashtra police called the Girinagar police and tried to stop them. At last he got to know the facts and enabled him to be arrested. The investigation continues.
