Tenkasi: Sub-Inspector Mr. Sorimuthu has filed a case against two persons namely Kalaisamy (58) son of Pattamuthu of the same area and Matasamy (25) son of Mookhaiya of Sendamaram area who were keeping tobacco products for sale in Ammayapuram area under Surandai Police Station of Tenkasi District. A case was registered, accused persons arrested, remanded in judicial custody and imprisoned. Also, about 9 kg of tobacco products worth Rs.3, 700 kept for sale and a two-wheeler were seized from him.
