Kurnool: The priority has been given to the welfare of Police Department staff. Kurnool District SP Mr. Siddharth Kaushal IPS today organized “Police Welfare Day” or Grievance Day at District Police Office to solve the problems of police personnel.
A total of 16 police personnel working in various police stations and respective departments in the district have personally requested the district SP about medical, health, mutual transfers and other issues.
The District SP assured the staff that he would listen to their problems and find suitable solutions to their problems.
The District SP spoke to the officials of the concerned District Police Office (DPO) about the complaints and directed them to resolve the issues quickly.
As part of the welfare of the personnel, the Police Welfare Day program is organized every Friday so that the personnel can express their problems to him fearlessly, Grievance Day is being organized every Friday with special focus on solving the problems of the personnel, said the District SP.
The staff expressed their happiness for organizing the Grievance Day by the District SP and thanked the District SP. DPO AO Mr. Suresh Babu participated in this program.
