Rachakonda: The sleuths of Hayath Nagar Police on credible information arrested three accused A-1, A2, and A-3 who murdered one Madhusudhan Reddy, a fruit vendor near CRIDA, Bhagyalatha, Hayath Nagar. The Hayath Nagar Police, Rachakonda seized two bikes and (3) Cell phones from their possession.
The accused A-1 Sandeep Reddy, A-2 Udhay Kiran Reddy, and A-3 Srikanth Reddy all are childhood friends, all are addicted to alcohol and on 25.03.2021, A-1, A2, and A-3 together went to Sri Druga Bar near Hayath Nagar Bus depot road to drink alcohol. At the closing time of the Bar A-1, A2 and A-3 came out. As A-1 wanted to have some more alcohol and as all the alcohol shops and bars were closed, A-1 went to Belt shop which is located near the backside of Bharath Benz, and took 4 Beers which was Rs.720/-. As A-1 was not having net cash A-1 asked the belt shop owner that he will pay through G-pay but the owner did not accept. In the meantime one Subash who is the owner of the deceased came to the same belt shop for taking wine, the A-1 asked him to give Rs.720/ cash and A-1 will repay him through G-pay, or through ATM. On believing his version Subash gave him Rs.720/- cash. Thereafter Subash along with A1 came to the RTC bus depot. and Subash asked A1 to return the said cash. On that A-1 replied that at present he does not have the ATM and he promised Subash that he will give the payment tomorrow. On hearing those words Subash got irrigated and he took the A1 along with his bike to his fruit shop near the lecturer’s colony and put a condition that after paying the said amount only he will release the vehicle and mobile phone. Later A-1 t called A-2 and A-3 and informed that Subash took away his bike and Mobile phone by beating him. On receiving the message A-2 and A-3 rushed to the fruit shop and without knowing the actual facts all together picked up a quarrel with the workers of Subash and beat the deceased Madhusudhan Reddy, complainant Narsimha and another person Anand and created a panic situation. Seeing the situation the deceased and other two persons ran away in different directions to escape from the clutches of A-1, A2, and A-3, but A-1, A2, and A-3 chased one of the worker Madhusudhan Reddy (Deceased) who was running towards CRIDA, finally the accused caught him near the wall of CRIDA and beat him with the sticks on his head, due to which he received blood injuries on his head and fell down on the ground and died on the spot.
Based on the complaint lodged by one of the workers named Narsimha, Police Hayath Nagar quickly swung into action and identified the accused as A-1 Pisati Sandeep Reddy, A-2 Pisati Udhay Kiran Reddy, and A 3 Attapuram Srikanth Reddy in this case and made sincere efforts and on credible information today on 28.03.2021 at 07:00 hours nabbed the accused at A-1’s residence at Arunodya Nagar colony, Hayath Nagar and them to the Police Station. During the interrogation, the accused A-1, A2, and A-3 confessed to having committed this offense.

Dodda Madhusudhan Reddy, S/o Late Shiva Ram Reddy, age: 45 Years, Occ: Labour, Caste: Reddy, R/o Fourth class Employees colony, Kurnool Town and District of Andhra Pradesh State.
The details of the accused are as follows:
A-1 Pisati Sandeep Reddy, S/o Late Narsi Reddy, age: 28 Years, Occ: Pvt. Job, Caste: Reddy, R/o H.No.4-12-17/15 Arunodaya Nagar, Bagyalatha colony, Hayathnagar, RR district.
A-2 Pisati Udhay Kiran Reddy @ Babi, S/o Prathap Reddy, age: 29 Years, Occ: Business, Caste: Reddy, R/o HNo. 1-12/1 Tumbavi village of Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri Bhongiri District.
A-3 Attapuram Srikanth Reddy, S/o Gopal Reddy, age: 30 Years, Occ: Pvt. Job, R/o H.No.4-7-396, Raghavendra Nagar Colony, Hayathnagar, RR district.
The good work done by the team of Hayathnagar Police Station succeeded in arresting the accused under the direct supervision of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagawat IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. Sunpreeth Singh, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, L.B Nagar Zone and by Mr. K. Purusotham Reddy. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division. Mr. M. Surendar, Inspector, Mr. B. Nagarajuna, D.I, Mr. D. Srinivasa Rao, SIP, Mr. E. Gopi, PC- 5782, Mr. K. Srinivas PC-4200 were appreciated by C.P Rachakonda. The arrested accused A-1, A2, and A-3 are being produced before the Hon’ble Court for judicial custody.
