Coimbatore: The 82-year-old woman was on her way to a doctor’s appointment when the police officer stopped traffic to help her cross the road, He then patiently walked with the woman who could only reach halfway across the first lane of the street before the pedestrian light started to flash red. Not fazed by the busy traffic or the red signal, the policeman continued to slowly walk with the woman, until they were safe on the other side.
He then helped her to her doctor’s appointment. The woman appeared to be happy she had been helped by the officer.
