Hyderabad: Hyderabad City police have launched a manhunt to nab four fugitive businessmen in the Tony drugs case.
City businessmen have gone underground following the revelation of their relationship with Chukwu Ogbonna David alias Tony, who was arrested last month in connection with drug trafficking.
Police have issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) for the four businessmen and alerted airports and seaports across the country. Police believe they are hiding somewhere in the country and Hyderabad police teams have already raided several places to nab them. Police have arrested seven traders who bought drugs from Tony last month.
The Hyderabad commissioner’s task force has already arrested six other associates who were helping Tony supply drugs to customers.
Police are now analyzing the call detail records (CDRs) of the mobile phones of all those arrested in the case.
