Hyderabad: On 15.12.2021 early hours the sleuths of the Commissioner’s Task Force, West& South Zone Teams along with Golconda and Falaknuma Police apprehended 3 Drug Peddlers who were found illegal possession of Narcotic Drug; Weed/Hash Oil and selling to the needy customers. The Police seized 3.5 Liters of Weed/Hash Oil worth.Rs. 25 Lakhs.
The arrested interstate drug peddler is Sampathi Kiran Kumar alias John(25) of Vishakapatnam District. The Police seized 1.5 KGs of Weed/Hash Oil from him.
The accused Sampathi Kiran Kumar alias John is native of Payakaraopeta(V) and (M), Vishakapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. He completed ITI at Tuni, East Godavari District. After completion of his studies, he worked in different places at Vijayawada and Kakinada but at present, he is not working anywhere.
The accused Sampathi Kiran Kumar alias John previously worked as a Medical representative at Tuni, East Godavari. At the same time, he observed that most of the public are coming from Hyderabad to Paderu for purchasing Ganja and Hash/Weed oil at the lowest price and selling the same at a higher price, earning money illegally. As such he hatched a plan and started to procure Ganja and Hash/Weed oil and sell to needy customers earning easy money illegally. Meantime, in the month of May-2020 he along with his associate Mohan was arrested by Pithapuram Police of NDPS Act 1985 of Pithapuram Town Police Station, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, and sent to jail. In the month of August 2020, he was released from jail and came in contact with one Vinod alias Vinnu, resident of Paderu, Andhra Pradesh, through his friends, and both developed friendships with each other. Vinod alias Vinnu informed the accused Sampathi Kiran Kumar alias John that, he used to supply Weed/Hash Oil and asked to purchase from him. As such he again hatched a plan to purchase Weed/Hash oil from Vinod alias Vinnu at the lowest price and sell the same to needy customers at higher prices at Hyderabad.
About one week back the accused Sampathi Kiran Kumar alias John purchased about 1.5 KG Weed/Hash oil from Vinod alias Vinnu and kept it with him. Today “Following tip-off”, West Zone Task Force Police apprehended the accused at OU Colony, Golconda, Hyderabad, and seized 1.5 Liters of Weed/Hash Oil from his possession. In this case, the accused Vinod alias Vinnu is at large. On tip-off information, the West Zone Task Force Team along with Golconda Police apprehended the accused and seized above said Narcotic Substances. Further, the accused and seized material were handed over to SHO, Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad for further investigation.
The accused Mohd. Irfan (23) of Hyderabad, and Shaik Kamal alias Salman(21) of Secunderabad are distant relatives and close friends, residents of Falaknuma and Yapral. They are doing private jobs like Hamali and Food delivery boy. Their earnings are not sufficient to meet their lavishness. They used to meet regularly after the completion of their works. Due to the high demand for Hash Oil in the market in view of the New Year, 2022 celebrations, they hatched a plan to procure Hash Oil in large quantities and sell in the market. As per their plan, they came in contact with one Goutham, N/o Paderu, Vizag of Andhra Pradesh state who supplies Narcotic substances such as Hash Oil, Ganja, etc. Later, the accused went to Vizag and met Goutham near Simhachalam of Vizag District, and purchased 02 liters of Hash Oil, and returned to Hyderabad in order to sell the same to the needy customers illegally Rs.1000/-1 ml and earning huge benefits.
On tip-off information, the South Zone Task Force Team along with Falaknuma Police apprehended the accused and seized 2 Litres of Weed/Hash Oil and Two Cell Phones. Further, the accused and seized material were handed over to SHO, Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad for further investigation.

Muzaffar Ali, Mr. Sheik Kaviuddin and Staff of Task Force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad, SIS Mr. V. Narender, Mr. N. Srishylam, Mr. Mohd Thakiuddin, Mr. K. Chandra Mohan, and Staff of South Zone Task Force along with Golconda and Falaknuma Police.
