Hyderabad: On credible information, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Taskforce, North Zone Team, Hyderabad and Trimulgherry Law and Order Police jointly detected murder for the gain case of Trimulgherry Police Station, apprehended one accused Thota Narender Reddy, (44), wherein the accused person brutally murdered his cousin by name Thota Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy,(48) with a firearm. The incident occurred on 29.11.2021 between 1100 am to 11.30 am, situated Opp. Lavina Hospital, RTC Colony, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. The accused Thota Narender Reddy was arrested previously in a case by Alwal Police Station.
The deceased Thota Vijay Bhaskar Reddy was the son of Late T. Venkat Reddy, age. 48 yrs, Occ. Real estate business, resident of Srinivas Nagar Colony, Alwal, Sec bad He was the Elder cousin brother of the accused. The Police seized Two fire Arms ( Country made pistols), Three live rounds, Three empty rounds, Cash of Rs.7,20,000/-, and One black color cash bag
On 29-11-2021 at about 10.30 pm the complainant Mrs. Swapna lodged a complaint at Trimugherry Police Station stating that on 29-11-2021 morning hours her husband T. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy told that his cousin Thota Narendar Reddy, accused in this case made a call to him and informed that there was a plot sale and asked him to come along with him. Then complainant husband left the residence on his Swift Car bearing Registration No. TS07FA-4522. Later she tried to contact him over cell phone number 9121576971 till evening, there is no response from her husband. Later through Police, she came to know that her husband was found dead in the driving seat in his car near RTC Colony, Trimulgherry, Sec’bad in a pool of blood. She requested the police to take the necessary action.
Today on 1.12.2021 early hours upon credible information the Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team, apprehended the accused Thota Narender Reddy while trying to escape from Hyderabad and seized firearms, cash at the instance of the accused.
The apprehended accused is being handed over to SHO, Trimulgherry Police Station along with seized material, for further investigation. The above-accused person was apprehended under the supervision of Mr. Kalmeshwar Shingenavar, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, North Zone and Mr. P. Radhakishan Rao, Dy. Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad, Mr. P. Naresh Reddy, ACP Begumpet, by Mr. K. Nageswar Rao, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, Mr. B. Sravan Kumar SHO Trimulgherry and Sls Mr. B.Parameshwar, Mr. K Srikanth, Mr. B. Ashbok Reddy, Mr. G.Shivanandam along with North Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad.
