Meerpet: Through the reference cited, the Station House Officer, Meerpet Police Station has made requisition informing that a Case vides Crime No. 871/2020 U/s 420, 465, 468, 471,473 R/W 34 IPC Sec. 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act 1956 of Meerpet Police Station. has been registered against the persons who are running a Clinic illegally, without any authentic MBBS certificates and without any valid permissions from the concerned medical department at H.No.4-147, Sai Clinic, Meerpet X Roads, Meerpet village, Balapur Mandal and to this effect requested to initiate Proceedings under Section 133 Cr.PC and to seize the H. No. 4-147, Sai Clinic, Meerpet X Roads, Meerpet village, Balapur Mandal to prevent the illegal activities in the said area.
Accordingly, the matter has been examined with reference to the material and in terms of the Sections in force. I, D.Srinivasa Reddy, Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal do hereby order under Section 133 Cr.PC to seize the H. No. 4-147, Sai Clinic, Meerpet X roads, Meerpet village.
Therefore the Mandal Girdawar, Balapur Mandal is hereby authorized to take custody of the property to prevent the illegal activities and also to avoid untoward incidents if any.
The Executive Magistrate cum Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal on 12.12.2020 has signed and attested to the document. The Legal Document Assistant (LDA) Proceedings of the Executive Magistrate and Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, and the officer present was Mr. D.Srinivasa Reddy. The Procg.No.C/1479/2020 Dated 15-12-2020.
The Subject is Law & Order -Ranga Reddy District Balapur Mandal – H.No. 4-147, Sai Clinic, Meerpet X roads, Meerpet village Running Clinic without any valid permission in said premises – Initiation of Sec 133 Cr.Pc – Seizure of property – Orders Issued.
