Balodabazar-Bhatapara: In the Balodabazar-Bhatapara district, the police orchestrated an extensive and meticulously planned raid in the village of Chandan. This operation targeted individuals suspected of engaging in the illegal manufacture and sale of Mahua liquor, a traditional alcoholic beverage. During the raid, the authorities seized a substantial quantity of Mahua liquor, totaling 155 liters, which is valued at approximately Rs.31,000.
