Assam: The recruitment procedure initiated for the Assam Police fall under various categories. The Categories are Constable (UB), Constable (AB), Constable APRO, Constable F and ES, Constable/ Guardsman under DGCD and CGHG, Constables from SPOs against sanctioned posts of AISF Battalion under DGCD and CGHG.
The DGP of Assam Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta IPS said candidates who have already appeared in the PET-PST Tests for posts under different categories may take note. The results have been published. Candidates who qualify can download their Admit Cards for the Combined Written Examinations from the SLPRB website www.slprbassam.in from 21st January onwards.
