Rachakonda: In the ongoing drive against human trafficking on receipt of credible information that some persons are running Prostitution in Sai Durga Lodge, Opposite Kamineni Hospital, RTC Colony, LB Nagar with the help of the female sex workers from Bangladesh, West Bengal & other parts of the country. Anti- Human Trafficking Unit Team and LB Nagar Police jointly conducted the raid on the Sai Durga Lodge. As such found two persons in open Room No: 210 nearby the reception of Sai Durga Lodge, on inquiry they revealed their names as Al: Desineni Venkateshwar Rao who is the owner of the Sai Durga Lodge and A4. Manda Avinash alias Nani. Then the police team raided Room Numbers: 206, 207,208 & 209 of Sai Durga lodge and found one male and one female person in each rooms indulging in immoral activities namely A6: Kumavath Pancharam and victim xxxx are found in Room no 209, A7: Cirra Manish and victim xxxx are found in the room No: 208, AS: Avaldo dd Madhu and victim xxxx are found in the roomno:207, A9: Vikas Kumar Saket and victim XXXX are found in the room no:206 and recorded the confession of the accused persons. The Al is running the Sai Durga Lodge on a rented basis and running a prostitution business by giving the rooms. The A4 is also running the prostitution business along with his wife A5: Guguloth Sujatha alias Maloth Anitha. The A2 Deepika alias Reshma and A3 Ravi (Aabsconding) are supplying the victims to A4 & AS for indulging in prostitution. Later taken custody of the (02) organizers and (04) customers and also rescued (04) victim women from their clutches and seized 1) Net Cash Rs. 6,060/- 2) Condoms -36 Nos. and 3) Cell Phones -06 Nos. from the possession of accused persons. A case was registered with CRNO. 318/2021, U/S 370 (A) IPC, SEC. 3, 4,5 & 7 OF PITA ACT OF L.B Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate.

The accused Persons Al, A4, A6, A7, AS & A9 are arrested on 16.03.2021 and A2 & A5 are arrested on 17.03 2021.
Based on the confession panchanam of A4, the A2: Deepika alias Reshma and A3- Ravi have supplied the sex workers for indulging in prostitution and AS: Guguloth Sujatha alias Maloth Anitha is co-organizer and wife of A4. While so, on 17.03.2021 the team of AHTU along with local Police also apprehended the absconding accused persons A2: Sakijan Khatun alias Deepika alias Reshma and AS: Guguloth Sujatha in front of Sai Durga Lodge LB Nagar and seized (02) Cellphones from the possession of the accused persons.
The accused A-1 is a native of Nagar Kumool and he is working in the Lodge as a supervisor and he knows about the prostitution business thereby earning huge money in an easy manner. In the mouth of Feb-2021, he took the “Sai Durga Lodge” on a rental basis at Rs.75,000/- for a month and was running the illegal activities in his lodge by giving the rooms to the couples and collecting the amount Rs.300 toRs.500 from them for each trip. The A4 and AS also is running the prostitution business by taking a rented portion and previously they were arrested in a sex trafficking case by Meerpet Police. 10 days back they were released from jail on bail and again were continuing in the same business. In which the A4 contacted Al for rent of lodge rooms for the brothel. The A2 & A3 supplied the victims to A4 & AS brothel den for indulging in the Prostitution by collecting the amount of Rs.5,000/- for a day and giving an amount of Rs.2000/- to Rs.3000/- to the Victims per day. The A4 & A5 are sending the pictures of victims to needy customers through WhatsApp for prostitution and calling them to Sai Durga Lodge, LB Nagar then collecting the amount of Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 – from each customer. Thereby, the accused persons living on the earnings of prostitution by exploiting victims by inducing them to participate in sex with customers and living on earning from that business. The organizers knowingly were trafficking victims for commercial and sexual exploitation and running prostitution in the said lodge.
The above arrests were made under the supervision of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat IPS, CP Rachakonda Commissionerate, Mr. G. Sudheer Babu, IPS, Additional CP, Rachakonda, and under the direct guidance of Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS, DCPLB Nagar Zone and Mr. J. Surender Reddy, Add DCP SOT, Rachakonda by K Chandra Sekhar, Inspector of Police AHTU Rachakonda and his team, Mr. V Ashok Reddy, Inspector of Police, LB Nagar Police Station and his team. The CP Rachakonda has appreciated the efforts of AHTU & LB Nagar police & further warned the organizers of booking them under the PD Act and closing down the lodge with help of the Executive Magistrate.
