Coimbatore: Thondamuthur Police Station has been awarded ISO Quality Certificate. Thondaamuthur police station is located in the Paroor district of the Coimbatore district.
In this Police Station, there should be 31 personal but there is only 12 personal in this police station. But since this police station is functioning extremely well the Central Government has certified the Police Station with ISO certification. The Central Quality Control Commission officials inspected the site last month. The level of petitions received from the public, the status of the cases filed, the relationship between the Police and the public, the maintenance of the police station, the establishment of the herbal garden, awareness programs, the prevention of criminal activity was appreciated.
The Inspector of Police Mr. Manikandan who is working in this Police Station manages two police stations, namely Thondamuthur Police Station and Vadavalli Police Station. During severe policing work, he not only managing two police stations and it is especially commendable to have it implemented and credentialed. Police Inspector Mr. Manikandan’s management skills, investigating complaints, his attitude towards criminals, his treatment towards the complainants, his hind treatment and conducting awareness programs for the welfare of the people.
For these activities, The Inspector of Police has received the admiration of the people of the area. This has supported in getting the Central Quality Certification Authority (ISO) certification. Based on this, the Government has issued the ISO Certificate for Thondamuthur Police Station for 2019-2020. Thondamuthur Police Station is the only police station in the Western Region to be ISO certified.
