Andhra Pradesh, Jaggayyapeta: N.T.R. District Police Commissioner S. V. Rajasekhara Babu I. P. S. Garu held a meeting with the members of the Security Committee and Doctors Association of Jaggayyapeta and Vatsavai at the Venkatasai Food Plaza Function Hall as per the instructions. In the meeting the Security Committee members highlighted the importance of raising public awareness on various security concerns, including cybercrimes, crimes against women, and preventive measures such as the use of the Localized Home Monitoring System (LHMS) to curb incidents of theft.
They stressed that community involvement plays a crucial role in crime prevention and urged residents to actively participate in security initiatives. To enhance safety and surveillance, they encouraged the installation of CCTV cameras in every village, emphasizing that these systems serve as an effective tool in deterring criminal activities and assisting law enforcement in monitoring and responding to potential threats more efficiently. By fostering a sense of shared responsibility among citizens, they aim to create a safer and more secure environment for all.
