Srinagar: Police in Bandipora have traced a lady who was missing since 22nd Feb and reunited with her family.
On 22.2.2022, Hajin Police Station received a written complaint stating therein that lady namely Sheeraza Begum wife of Ishfaq Ahmad Khan resident of Hajin is missing from Hajin market.
Accordingly, a missing report was lodged in Police Station Hajin and an investigation was initiated.
Subsequently, a massive search was launched by a police team under the guidance/supervision of SDPO Hajin Mr. Latief Khan JKPS and SHO Hajin Police Station Inspector Mr. Zahoor Ahmad.
After strenuous efforts and utilizing all available technical/human resources the said lady was traced from Ashmuqam Anantnag. After completion of all legal/medical formality, the said lady was handed over to her relatives. Family members of the traced missing lady have applauded the efforts by Bandipora police for prompt response in tracing her out.
