Jharkhand: The DGP of Jharkhand, Mr. Kamal Nayan Choubey unfurled the national flag at 11.00 am at Jharkhand Police Headquarters on the occasion of the 71st Republic Day. On this occasion, the D.G.P. wished all the visitors a happy Republic Day. The D.G.P. while wishing the people of the state also remembered the sacrifices of those brave martyrs did, because of whose sacrifice all of our countrymen feel safe today and are breathing in the open air. Explaining the features of the Constitution in detail, the DGP said that every section in the country has the right to equality through the Constitution. The D.G.P. saluted Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. He said that it is the duty of the police to recognize and abide by the spirit of the Constitution. Work selflessly for all sections. Maintain social harmony. Females, be sensitive to security. The DGP reiterated the resolve to make Jharkhand Police, modern police. Appreciating the works of CCTNS and Dial-100 and fighting serious cybercrime and human trafficking the D.G.P. braved the total strength of Jharkhand Police and 33 heroes on the occasion of Republic Day this year.
Getting a medal was a matter of pride. In addition, one police officer received the Distinguished Service Medal and a total of 12 police officers received the Meritorious Service Medal with the DGP’s Heartfelt congratulations. The D.G.P., on the recommendation of the Election Commission to conduct Legislative Assembly elections peacefully, Nodal Police Officer from the level of Honorable President, Mr. Murari Lal Meena, ADG, Mr. Abhiyan, said the honor to be awarded to Jharkhand is a special honor for the Jharkhand Police.
