Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Under the guidance of the respected Superintendent of Police, Sri G. Bindu Madhav, IPS, the Kakinada District Police organized a series of awareness programmes on New Criminal Laws, Cyber Crime and Traffic Rules across the district. The initiatives were carried out within the limits of various police stations with the aim of educating the public and strengthening law awareness.
Anganwadi workers, high school and college students, as well as motorists actively participated in these programmes. Police personnel sensitized participants about recent changes in criminal laws, safe practices to prevent cybercrimes, and the importance of strictly following traffic rules to ensure road safety.
The proactive outreach by Kakinada District Police received positive response from the public and reflected the department’s commitment to community policing, legal awareness and the safety of citizens.
