Karnataka :Chikkaballapur District Chintamani police have arrested members of a gang of thieves who have been the object of sandalwood cultivators.
Farmers in Chikkaballapur-Kolar district grow hardwood sandalwood trees day and night as they look for four bucks to grow profitable sandalwood trees. But a gang of thieves rushed to the sandalwood farm late at night and stole the sandalwood trees which the farmers had grown. And now Chintamani police in Chikkaballapur district have taken the case seriously and successfully arrested 7 notorious thieves and seized 21 lakh worth of sandalwood
