Kasaragod, Kerala: In a heartening display of efficient policing and public service, the Cyber Cell of Kasaragod Police successfully traced and returned six lost mobile phones to their rightful owners.
The phones, which had gone missing under various circumstances, were recovered through careful investigation and technical tracking by CPO Sajesh C, under the guidance of Cyber Cell Sub-Inspector Ajith P.K.
Today, the recovered devices were formally handed over to their owners by District Additional Superintendent of Police Shri Devadasan C.M., in the presence of District Crime Branch DySP Shri Uttamdas T., at the police chamber.
Interestingly, many of the lost phones were found being used by individuals from other states who had unknowingly purchased them as second-hand devices from local shops.
This commendable initiative by the Kasaragod Cyber Cell not only brought relief to the citizens but also reinforced public trust in the police’s ability to address cyber-related concerns with precision and care.
