Ernakulam Rural: The District Police Chief Ernakulam Rural Mr.K.Karthick IPS said that the Central Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in the district as heavy or very heavy rain is forecast. Extreme levels of rainfall are expected in isolated areas, ranging from 115.6 mm to 204.4 mm in 24 hours.
