The recipients of the medal include the following individuals: Mr. R. Ilango, Mr. Vaibhav Saxena, Ms. D. Shilpa, Mr. MK Zulfikar, Mr. P. Rajkumar, Mr. K.J. Dinil, Mr. KR Biju, Mr. P. Harilal, and Mr. K. Sajan. Mr. S.P.R. Ilango presently holds the position of Technical Intelligence Section SP within the State Special Branch, having previously served as the District Police Chief in Kollam Rural and Kannur City. Mr. Vaibhav Saxena currently serves as the District Superintendent of Police in Kasaragod, having previously worked as AAIG at the police headquarters and Deputy Commissioner of Thiruvananthapuram city. Ms. D. Shilpa now holds the role of Thiruvananthapuram Rural District Police Chief, having previously held positions such as Kottayam District Police Chief and Women Battalion Commandant. Mr. MK Zulfikar presently serves as Thiruvananthapuram Rural Additional SP, with prior experience as DYSP at Nedumangad and Pathanamthitta Special Branch. Mr. P. Rajkumar is currently the Assistant Commissioner of Kochi City, having previously worked as DYSP in Shastamkota and as an Inspector in Vigilance and Special Branch.
Mr. J.K. Dinil, now the Assistant Commissioner of the Administration Department at the State Special Branch Headquarters, has worked in roles such as DCRB Assistant Commissioner, Fort Assistant Commissioner, and Nedumangad DYSP in various cities. Inspector KR Biju is currently stationed at Chavara Police Station and has prior experience as an Inspector in Fort, Neyyatinkara, and Srikariyam police stations within Thiruvananthapuram district. Inspector P. Harilal is presently assigned to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Police Station, having previously served as an inspector in Varapuzha, Ernakulam district, and Tiruvalla in Pathanamthitta. Sub Inspector K. Sajan is actively seeking employment in Thiruvananthapuram Rural District, Crime Branch, and has previously worked as Vellarada S.I. and Balaramapuram ASI.
