Kochi: The Police of Kochi comprising the traffic police, the local police, and the Motor vehicles department has decided to let off rule violators with a warning first and then if the violation is again committed strict enforcement will be imposed upon the violators. This decision has been taken by the police department and the motor vehicles department to be imposed on helmetless pillion riders in Ernakulam district from December 1.
